Thank you for shopping with Maeven Jewels! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are unable to fulfill orders to addresses outside the US at this time.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking information once it ships.


Shipping Times & Delivery

Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 6–13 business days.

Total estimated time from order to doorstep: approximately 7–17 business days (processing + transit).

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier backlogs, weather, and other factors outside our control can occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience — our pieces are worth the wait.


Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on every order. The cost is already included in our product pricing, so the price you see is the price you pay — no surprise fees at checkout.


Carrier & Tracking

Orders are shipped via our LuWei US shipping line and delivered by USPS or a comparable local carrier for the final leg.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number that lets you follow your package across its entire journey. Please note: this tracking number covers the full shipping route from our warehouse to you. You can track your order at any time using the link in your shipping confirmation email.


Customs & Import Duties

All applicable import duties and taxes are already handled for you. The price you pay at checkout is final — you will not be charged any additional customs fees on delivery.


Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Packages

We want every order to arrive safely. If your tracking hasn't updated or your package hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, please contact us at hello@maevenjewels.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if your package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll reship your order or arrange a resolution at no extra cost to you.

(We set this window at 30 business days so it sits just beyond the normal delivery estimate — most "missing" packages are simply still in transit.)


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply).


Unclaimed or Refused Packages

If a package is refused or goes unclaimed and is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Reshipment costs in these cases may be the responsibility of the customer.
